Generic search / result display PHP function

The generic and reusable search function was originally created for Battle for the City, a turn-based web game.
Provided a list of tables, and columns, it will create a sortable table of the data separated into pages.

The following demo is a stripped-down version of the Battle for the City site geared towards demoing the search functionality (via list users and list gangs)
